The Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE) published a request for expressions of interest to contract a specialized consulting firm for the design, development, and implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and reporting system for the Morabeza Innovation Project.
Purpose of Assignment
The consultancy aims to structure the project's monitoring, evaluation, and reporting system, including data collection, validation, and consolidation of indicators associated with Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) and the Results-Based Financing (RBF) mechanism, supporting independent verification and periodic reporting to the African Development Bank.
